Introducing Proxa: AI, resolved.

Every AI model is an approximation. It learns from data, finds patterns and produces answers that are approximately right. For many uses, approximately right is good enough. For decisions that affect people, services and public trust, it isn't.

Proxa exists to close that gap. We're a Saudi company for AI consultancy, development and research, and our job is to take AI systems, and the assumptions behind them, from approximately right to exactly right: in production, in your context, and measured.

What we do

We work in three ways, and they can be combined.

Consultancy: resolve the question. We help organizations find the few AI investments worth making, and stop the rest early. That includes AI strategy and roadmaps, use-case discovery, data readiness, and governance aligned with SDAIA's AI Ethics Principles.

Development: resolve the system. We design and build AI that holds up under real data and real users, from agents and copilots to Arabic language AI, search and retrieval, and the integration work that makes them useful.

Research: resolve the unknown. Some questions don't have off-the-shelf answers. We evaluate AI models, including how well they fit Arabic language and culture, alongside social and policy research and bilingual surveys.

Built for our context

Many AI systems are fluent in Arabic without truly understanding the people they serve. Fluency is the baseline, not the goal. We work in Arabic and English from day one, and we design around Saudi culture, institutions and national frameworks, so what we build fits the people who use it.

How we work

Every engagement moves through the same four passes, and you see something real at the end of each one:

1. Frame: define the question, the baseline, and the number that proves it worked.
2. Prototype: a working slice on your real data, or a pilot with real users, evaluated from day one.
3. Production: the full build or the full study, integrated and in your team's hands.
4. Proof: measure against the baseline and report what changed.

We measure success by systems running and decisions made, not slides presented. And we hand over our work so your team owns it.

Why "Proxa"?

The name comes from approximation: the starting point of every model, and the thing we exist to improve on. It also echoes proxy, one who acts on your behalf, like the AI agents we build. Our logo tells the same story: one circle drawn twice, half on a pixel grid and half as a true curve. It's the moment a guess becomes an answer.
